We are now looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist, someone sharp, self-driven, and ready to own our entire marketing function across multiple brands. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and care deeply about the details, this is your role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategy across all brands.

    Create content for social media, blog, email, and website.
  •  Manage all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

    Run SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy.
  • Design and execute email campaigns.

    Identify and manage creator/influencer partnerships.
  • Run basic paid ad experiments (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads.

    Basic photo/video editing for social content (Canva, CapCut) .
  • Manages a marketing budget properly for the best ROI.

    Report KPIs weekly/monthly to CEO.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

    3+ years in digital marketing.

  • Strong copywriting in Albanian and English.

    SEO and content optimization skills.
  • Social media management and community engagement.

    Experience with: Publer, Ahrefs, Outrank, Framer, Canva, CapCut.
  • Extreme attention to detail.

    Proactive — sees what needs doing and does it without being told.
  • Taste, aesthetic sense, and sense of humor.

    Full-time, in-office, no competing work obligations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech/SaaS/B2B marketing.

    Familiarity with Odoo CRM/Marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot).

    Portfolio with measurable campaign results.
  • Knowledge of Albanian/regional market dynamics.
  •  Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
